Cancellation is applicable after 30 days. We do not charge anything for this cancellation from our clients.
Clients can ask for a refund once their services are cancelled. If the amount has been paid by credit cards, refunds shall be issued to the credit card offered during purchase. If payments have been made through any other payment method, refunds shall be made to the original payment option.
If the issue or problem arises from our side, clients shall receive an activation code within 7 days of receiving the request by our team. Thereafter the money refund process shall happen by our team.
